Alltagshelfer: Mediacenter-/Server- und Dokumenten Managment System PC

Tag die Herren (und versteckten Damen), wir hatten es gestern von verschiedenen Themen, darunter von einer fast völlig automatischen version eines Dokumenten Managment Systems, Heimserver sowie Mediacenterpc. Für diese zwecke wurde mir der AMD e-450 wegen seiner niedrigen Energieaufnahme empfohlen. Ich habe mich mal umgeschaut und bin auf diese kombination von Mainboard und Chipsatz gestoßen: http://www.alternate.de/html/product/ASUS/E45M1-M_PRO_inkl._AMD_E-450,_Main… (preisvergleiche noch nicht gelaufen). Bevor ich mich auf die Suche nach einem passenden gehäuse und co mache wollte ich kurz abklären ob das so sinvoll wäre. Zum Dokumenten Managment System möchte ich kurz auch nochmal ein paar Worte verlieren für die die bei der späteren Diskussion nicht mehr anwesend waren. Marko hat erzählt das sein Dokumentenscanner alle Dokomente auf einem FTP-Server ablegt und er sie zum gegebenen Zeitpunkt abruft, anschaut, umbenennt und einsortiert. Florian berichtete von seinem selbst geschriebenen script/programm welches Leere Seiten aus den Dokumenten entfernt und mittels OCR die Dokumente durchsuchbar macht. Laut eigener aussage Arbeitet er derzeit daran mittels OCR automatisch erkennen zu lassen von welchem Unternehmen das Dokument ist und um was es sich Handelt (Rechnung, Information, Kontoauszug....). Nun zur Schlussidee, und dabei auch ein wenig eine Frage an alle Beteiligten, werfen wir alle oben aufgeschrieben verfahren in einen Topf bekommen wir DAS System heraus. Wie ist das gemeint? Ganz einfach, man hat einen kleinen sparsamen Homeserver/Raid zuhause stehen an dem zufällig ein Dokumentenscanner angeschlossen ist. Post geht ein, man öffnet den Brief, liest ihn und legt ihn in den Dokumentenscanner. Dieser startet automatisch den Scan, reicht die Daten an das script von Florian welches die leeren Seiten filtert, OCR drüber laufen lässt, erkennt von welcher Firma es kommt, erkennt ob es sich um eine Rechnung oder co handelt und Sortiert dieses dann in den entsprechenden Ordner auf dem "FTP-Server" in unserem falle dem Homeserver. Natürlich gehört der plan sicherlich noch hier und da ausgefeilt, zumal es darum ginge die Dokumenten dann vom eigenen Rechner im Arbeitszimmer oder vom Laptop auf der Couch nicht nur ab zu rufen sondern auch nach dem passenden Dokument zu suchen. Hätte den jemand Interesse dieses Verfahren auszufeilen und um zusetzten? Dabei geht es mir darum das diese Lösung im rahmen der Lug perfektioniert wird und ausgetestet wird und wer weiß, evtl könnte man dieses Projekt auch irgendwann als Lug Erzeugnis veröffentlichen. What is CONFidence? The first CONFidence conference was organized in 2005 as a project created by a group of Polish enthusiasts committed to improving the security of IT applications. Since those early years it has evolved into the largest meeting of hackers in Poland that annually gathers almost 400 participants: IT security professionals from government, industry, banking sector and academia as well as researchers and developers. X-traction Point – second encounter Just like during the previous edition of CONFidence we will deploy the X-traction Point game. The conference attendees had the chance to become a real live secret agent whose task was to infiltrate a bunker, bypass the security and free the hostage. This year we are also planning a frontal assault on the bunker, where you will have to present your sharpshooting and lock picking skills and skills in bypassing and hacking alarm systems. Buildings of historic water pumping station in Bielany belonging to the Cracow water service is a place which fits perfectly into the atmosphere of CONFidence, where in addition to technical lectures will prepare lots of attractions such as games, competitions and BBQ. hi, wer einen xbmc-server (dienst) irgendwie am laufen hat, kommt um diese gpl basierende App nicht herum: http://yatse.leetzone.org/redmine die appbringt schon in der grundfunktionalitaet alles wichtige mit, was man/frau so braucht. klasse !!! warnach 2h testen so begeistert, dass ich mir das unlocking kaufte und den entwicklern noch etwas spendete. getestet habe ich es uebrigens innerhalb der ~distri openelec(tv). cu
